“It is always an honor to represent my country and to wear the U.S. crest on my jersey,” said Cervantes. “I am excited about the high competition that the International matches bring and hope as a team not only come away with victories but develop more confidence for our next challenge.”
The USA will face India on Monday, April 16 and 19 before battling Norway on April 17 and 21. Cervantes is one of 24 players born in 2002 to be called up by head coach John Hackworth.
